Best city hotel in Labuan Bajo, the location is startegic near all city attractions. The staffs is very welcoming and helpful. The room is quite small but its good for 2 person with towels and all amenities. The breakfast has selections of asian and western food, it tasted good with decent views from above.

Honestly I felt the most welcomed in Indonesia when I arrived in Zasgo. Firstly, the reception staff were patient and smart! One staff showed me around the rooms and offered me a good solution when I wanted to updated the room with window but there was only one cheapest twin room left. The staff offered that he can put the bed together if I need and also gave me a discount. That was perfect. And then the staff explained everything to me on my queries with patience. Last but not least, when they knew we were Chinese, they wished us “Gong Xi Fa Cai”. We felt so welcomed and wished we could take a photo with them and gave them the red envelope. We didn’t because they are not in the shift when we checked out. I sincerely appreciate for their kindness and excellent service.

Room: 4/5 Bathroom could be more clean, there are some stains and mold in the corner. But room is clean and spacious, the window provided a good view and air flow.

+ very pleasant, friendly housekeeping staff, front office is quick respond to extend the day. Location near the airport 5 – 10 minutes, about 1.5 KM from the port (culinary tourist spot), beautiful rooftop view. Compared to other hotels with the same price, this is very good, complete facilities, including a clothing store, miniso, supermarket, ATM. The single bedroom room is not too big, clean, there is a window but the view is a hotel room, this room is suitable for single travelers at an affordable price. If you want to go to the airport, it’s best to take the Damri bus for only Rp. 10,000 or $1 per trip within the city.

Nice stay and hospitality
This hotel got their own mart, nice pool with view, quite cheap for budget travel, nice hospitality from the staffs.
Quite strategic place if you wanna explore the city. The room is clean too
Overall good stay will be back here again someday.

Service nya bagus sekali. The view is so beautiful. The food is good. And the staff is very friendly. Jika mau datang kembali ke labuan bajo harus pilih zasgo hotel. it was really great idea to staying here. And the most important thing is the room is super clean and smell so good.

I recently attended a meeting at Cakrawala Ballroom, and I was extremely impressed with the service we received. The venue is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for formal events.

I would like to give special praise to the banquet team, particularly Virto. He was incredibly helpful in ensuring all our needs were met, and the service provided was excellent. The food served during the event was delicious and well-prepared.

From start to finish, our experience here was delightful. I would definitely recommend Cakrawala

The staff have been absolutely incredible and would do anything for you.
The rooms have been immaculately clean and just everyone is so welcoming.
From the 2nd day everyone knew my name and always made the effort to come and talk to me.
This is a very special place to stay in Labuan.

Services and facility are so good, location near with Labuan Bajo Airport. also for the view, here has good sunset view on the sea.
There is Cafe on 7th floor, menu and view are so nice. The best for the service in Resto.

Modern and clean hotel with amazing infinity pool & seaview
We stayed in this hotel for Komodo Island tour, and when I was in the pool bar, Andiny and Rizky are so friendly and helpful. We had a lot of amazing time in the pool. As we leave the hotel, Videl was really helpful to take us to the airport with the hotel transfers. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Visit and Stay
My time with this hotel has been top notch from the beginning. I utillized the shuttle service from the airport with Archillius who also provided recommendations for an all day excursion; thoroughly enjoyed.

Additional workers I encountered were completely amazing. My massage therapist Lizia provided two top-level massages.

My housekeepers Theresa, Rendi, Vika were so pleasant and provided warms greetings, along with attention to detail when it came to cleaning. Thank you ladies.

My only regret is not staying longer.

Thank you staff for a wonderful experience and time.
